why is that many website say i cant run black ops

i have 512MB nvidia 9600M GT - black ops require 256MB

i have 3G usable RAM - black ops require 2G

and i use win vista pack 2 32bit

and i couldnt find accurate information on system requirement for crysis 2Can my PC run black ops and crysis 2?
You should be able to run Black Ops just fine, but Crysis 2 is still using the Cryo Game Engine in which they recommend an Nvidia 8800gt or higher for the NVidia cards. You can still play it, but will have to play at non-satisfactory resolutions and AA turned off.

I strongly recommend you build a desktop PC for PC gaming, laptops like the one you mention above (T processors are for laptops) are not designed for high end modern games. Especially First Person Shooters. Can my PC run black ops and crysis 2?
yeah you can, its alittle bit above the minimum system requirementsCan my PC run black ops and crysis 2?

Battlefield bad company 2 PC questions?

Is bad company 2 more demanding than Crysis?

the requirements are higher but since it's coded by DICE i expect it to run smoothly. is it more CPU or GPU intensive?

and which graphic setting do you think is the console equivalent (low, medium, high) ?

thanks!Battlefield bad company 2 PC questions?
The game is more CPU intensive, with the physics involved. And it is a bit more demanding than Crysis.

For console equivalent settings, it's likely low-medium.

In System Requirements when playing games, if Windows 7 isn't listed then which system does it go under?

This question might be confusing at first, but look at Crysis' System Requirements. It says that the Processor needed is 2.8GHz on Windows XP and 3.2GHz on Windows Vista but it doesn't show Windows 7. So which Level of GHz is required to play Crysis then on Windows 7? Is it XP's requirements or Vista's?In System Requirements when playing games, if Windows 7 isn't listed then which system does it go under?
Windows 7 should work fine i would try using it for awhile and seeing if it works.

Well make sure your graphics card can support the game first.

System requirements a little low for crysis?

Just picked this game up and didn't realize that my comp is just under system requirements. The game call for a 3.2ghz I got a 2.66. The game wants a 6800 nvidia and I have a 6700. Im .5 gig under on Ram, HDD memory isn't a problem. Is this even worth installing? Thanks.System requirements a little low for crysis?
If your 2.66gHz cpu is core2 duo, it should be fine. Otherwise, just overclock your processor and even your Nvidia 6700.

However, expect to play at low resolution and lowest game settings. Crysis would be unexciting at low settings.System requirements a little low for crysis?
As additional info, Crysis runs on one of my rigs that has 2.4gHz Core2 Duo and Geforce 8600GT at medium settings. Something else could be conflicting with the game. Try disabling all startup processes before installing the game.

Crysis 2 minimum spec requirments?

The MINIMUM requirements to play Crysis 2 is an 8800GT or 3850?! That's not lower than Crysis! I have a Radeon HD 4670 1GB and I could play Crysis in 1080p with all "high" settings and most modern games maxed out... but I can't play Crysis 2 while consoles can? Are these the recommended specs?Crysis 2 minimum spec requirments?
PC Minimum System Requirements

Operating system: Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7, with the latest Service Pack

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo at 2Ghz, or AMD Athlon 64 x2 2Ghz, or better

Memory: 2Gb (Vista requires 3Gb)

Hard disk space: 9Gb

Video: NVidia 8800GT with 512Mb RAM, ATI 3850HD with 512Mb RAM, or better

Sound: DirectX Compatible Sound Card

DirectX庐: 9.0c

Controller support? Microsoft Xbox360 Controller for Windows
EDIT: The reason it is not lower than Crysis is because it uses CRYengine 3, it allowed them to make the graphics better, but a better graphics card is needed.
  • windows 7 crysis
  • Hardware requirements for crysis?

i'm currently running on a Intel core 2 duo e7400 processor, 4 GB RAM, 1 TB disk space, 750 MHz 9600 1 GB DDR2. I'm getting around 40 fps(according to fraps) for Crysis. When i enable the stereoscopic 3D drivers, my frames get reduced to 34-35. What is the solution for this? plz tell me.Hardware requirements for crysis?
And it makes a difference how?

The average person's perceptual threshold is 24 frames per second - which is why most cartoons are animated to run at about that level.

Therefor, you are most likely NOT going to see a difference in 5 frames. (Incidentally, running FRAPS will reduce your fps rate by about 10%.)

If you genuinely want to see a better frame rate, you'll need to upgrade your graphics card. Either pick-up an 8800, 9800, or a higher-end 2xx GTX card (avoid the 250 like the plague...8800=9800=250, and the prices increase by about $100 for each step away from the original reference card [the 8800]). I am presuming at this point you have a mobo that has a nVidia southbridge chipset. If you don't...ATi cards are friendlier, and generally MUCH more inexpensive for almost the same ability (and clearer graphics too!). A single HD4770 should outperform your 9 series card by a significant margin, and it runs about U$100.

    Good Luck!

It scans your computer to see if it meets the requirements. Very easy, just one click as I recall. You may have to do it again if it stops or takes too long.

the game will work fine in low (and maybe medium) settings.PC requirements for Crysis Warhead?
Hey What have you wrote ? IntelCore2Duo E6750 2.66MHZ processor

Its a MHz Processor ? It should be 2.66GHz. you should buy Palit's Revolution 700.
The other guys are right about the requirements. Upgrading your graphics card should be enough to allow you to play all current games on decent settings at a normal resolution (1280x1024/1440x900) at a reasonable framerate.

Depending on the quality of your power supply, you may need to upgrade that as well. 9800 GTs are pretty good as far as performance per watt, so you might be fine with your current 450w PSU. Just keep in mind you might want to get a good Antec, Corsair, PC P%26amp;C, something like that.
